In short ...

The CatsEye Glowing Golf ball has multiple layers in its core. The core exist of a lightcapsule which gives the CatsEye ball its unique brightness. The core is surrounded by a synthetic rubber layer. Polyurethane that bounds these two layers gives the ball its exact feel. The outer layer is made of surlyn that has a 380 dimple pattern which gives the ball it’s accuracy and distance.
